Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms weren't as nice as the online images suggested, but they were surprisingly comfortable and had a welcoming feel. However, the lack of amenities was a letdown, with just a single coffee machine available. The service was excellent, with a warm welcome, but it was a bit concerning to learn that there was only one staff member on-site. The location was perfect, hidden on a peaceful street yet a short walk to the bustling Grand Place. The dining experience was average, with a decent selection of European breakfast items. Despite the mixed feelings, the sauna and pool added a fun touch to my time in Brussels.
